There are no layers here. The person who scopes a project is often the same person who builds it and hands it off. You get context on why decisions are made, not just tasks to complete.

You own problems, not tasks

When something's broken or unclear, you fix it or escalate it — you don't wait to be told what to do. A small team with high-ownership work needs people who operate this way by default.

You care about the client's actual outcome

Not just the deliverable. The system we built has to run reliably in a real business. If it doesn't, something went wrong — regardless of whether the feature shipped.

You communicate clearly in writing

Most of our collaboration is async. If you can't explain a decision, a problem, or a proposal in writing, it's hard to work together effectively.

You can learn tools you haven't used before

The AI tooling landscape moves fast. We don't expect you to know everything. We do expect you to be able to pick up n8n, a new API, or a new framework when the job calls for it.

AI Automation Engineer

You'll design and build AI automation pipelines for client projects — mostly n8n + OpenAI/Claude API, with Next.js for any frontend components. You're comfortable reading API documentation, debugging webhook flows, and working directly with a client brief.

Nice to have

Experience with Shopify, Notion API, Slack webhooks, or WhatsApp Business API.

Full-Stack Developer (Next.js)

You'll build AI-native web applications and client-facing dashboards. Most projects are Next.js 15 + TypeScript + Tailwind. You'll work from design specs and technical briefs, and be expected to ask good questions before building the wrong thing.
